Sellers: The showing is one of the most important things to get right when selling your home. It should be a sensory experience that attracts buyers and makes them feel secure about their potential investment. We guide our sellers on how to best position their home for a successful viewing and consult on the various steps to take when preparing for a sale. Our general marketing plan for each listing is customized to the unique attributes of each home and has shown a consistent success rate for attracting the right buyers.

Buyers: The first instinct for many buyers is to do research online about what the home buying process entails. We’ve found that much of the information on the internet is either inaccurate or incomplete.
